Center Sales Manager. Job Opening in Niles, Michigan - Indeed Hire is partnering with our client Advance America to source a Center Sales Manager to join their location based in Niles, MI. This role will take ownership of the centers overall performance and will focus on several key area, such as; Budgeting, P&L Control, Collections, Marketing, Recruiting, and New Customer growth.
Responsibilities for the role of Center Sales Manager:
Center Management - Review operating results of center daily, weekly and monthly to identify areas of opportunity for increased profits and decreased expenses.
Budget Control ? Manage P&L, payroll and other budgeted items; continuously identify ways to control costs.
Employee Relations - Recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating, developing, and terminating of center staff.
Marketing - Maintain an on-going marketing strategy and marketing tracking sheets for the center.
Collections ?Lead team in collecting Past Due, Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), Write Offs, and perform field calls.
Strong customer service and cash handling experience.
Account Maintenance ?Ensure all required documentation is included in each customer?s file. Information should be accurate and complete.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements for the role of Center Sales Manager:
2+ Years of supervisory experience.
Good working knowledge of P&L, the collections process and cost controlling measures.
Strong customer service, ability to provide solutions to the customer.
Strong business acumen, ability to consistently grow operations and add to the bottom line.
Team player, with strong collaboration.
Cash handling experience in a retail setting (ideally)
Strong communication skills (written/Verbal)
