Product Support Representative/ Sales Job Opening in Elko, Nevada - The Product Support Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with current and potential customers in assigned sales territory!
The focus of this job is on achieving accurate and timely results that support established organizational standards. Because of the fast pace of the work, it is important that job related knowledge and responsibilities be learned and mastered quickly and thoroughly.
Product Support Representative is responsible for growing market share in their sales territory by providing excellent customer service and providing customers with superior and competitive alternatives to parts, remanufactured components and equipment.
Work with Customer Service Supervisor to provide timely and accurate quotes to customers.
Ensure timely and accurate sales and warranty paperwork
Establish systematic customer visit schedule to generate sales leads
Address customer complaints and offer acceptable solutions
Provide sales forecasts as required
Look for and assist in development of competitive advantages in the mining market
Develop and maintain sales call and opportunity plans in company data base
Maintain customer contact and equipment lists in company data base
Maintain site and regulatory trainings for customer access
Maintain company assets including vehicle to reflect professionalism of the position
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge/Skills;
Product Support Representative should possess strong knowledge of mining parts and equipment
Strong planning, interpersonal and written/oral communications skills
Valid driver?s license
Preferred ;
Valid CDL
3-5 years mining sales experience
10 years mining maintenance or planning experience
Experience in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education;
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Degree
