The control system software supervisor will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft development stack. The software supervisor will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentoring. As a supervisor, you are managing the successful delivery of projects that you will be required to plan and coordinate all activities across the full delivery life cycle. This will include working closely with project managers, architects, developers, testers, as well as liaising with key project stakeholders as required. We need our leaders to be innovative, versatile and passionate to tackle new problems as we continue to push technology forward.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering , Computer Science or technical related field (transcripts required)
5+ years' experience as a software developer
2+ years' experience in supervising employees.
2+ years' experience in a technical leadership position
Software development experience in one or more programming languages such as java, C#, python, C++, javaScript, objective-C
Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including agile
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written english
Solid understanding of object oriented design and programming principles
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's, further education or experience in engineering, computer science or technical related field
Experience in native Windows application development using WPF and MVVM.
Experience in one of more Agile software development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Experience working with CI and Automation tools.
Experience working in Control System domain.
