Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Bismarck, North dakota - We are looking for an individual that will be able to meet our needs of outside sales. With this job travel is a must though out North Dakota, transportation will be provided. We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year experience with security and sales. This individual must have the drive to acheive a targeted goal in sales, be self-motivated, and the ability to learn the ins and outs of our products. A clean driving record is a must and your hire will be dependent upon passing a drug test. This ia a full time position witha base salary DOEE + Commission.
With this job the following are some of the essential duties and responsiblities:
1. Develop and extend the cutomer account base through local marketing incentives.
2. Maintain customer contact information for timed follow-ups.
3. Enhance to the highest standards of the NVS brand.
4. Collaborate with team members for business development opportunties & overall motivation.
5. Minimal travel to interact with the customers and opportunities, etc.
6. Track goals/objectives, and sales performance set and achieved, for future planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year sales & marketing expeireince (familiar with local market) helpful
- Self-motivated, self-starter - driven & ambitious, self-learner, diligent, and conscientous for results
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - relationship driven
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details
- Creative in thought problem solver
- High end customer service experience
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and to mulitask
- Technolgy skills: computer, smart phone, etc.
- Exceptional communicator both written and verbal
- Proven sales and customer satisfaction record
