Reconciliation Specialist Job Opening in Little Rock, Arkansas - JOB DUTIES:
The Reconciliation Specialist will have the ability to configure reports using Excel received from various client?s payroll, billing, receivables, payables; carrier invoices and benefit administration systems into software-specific format. Identify deduction discrepancies using software provided. Ability to work with client, carrier contacts, and account support team to streamline deduction spreadsheets and identify areas of redundancy. Identify the root cause of reconciliation items. Develop and implement solutions to eliminate systemic reconciliation causes. Adapt and improve reconciliation processes, procedures and assurance measures. The role will also ensure that reconciled deliverables are completed in an aggressive time frame.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree.
Familiarity with a variety of financial accounting concepts, processes, and procedures.
Diligent organizational habits with a detail-oriented focus on producing high-quality deliverables.
A seasoned background in project management and the ability to multi-task.
Experience working as a team
Problem solving acumen with an ability to see through complexity and exercise sound judgment.
A creative, analytical mind with a strategic focus and a willingness to help drive change.
Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general comfort with financial systems.
Ability to work on complex tasks with minimal supervision, and to formulate business process recommendation for upper management
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment
Balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
Exhibiting excellent technical, analytical, and communications skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
