Sr. .Net Programmer Job Opening in Eden Prairie, Minnesota - Responsible for full software development lifecycle within the IT Services Organization, in close collaboration and interaction with business stakeholders, while ensuring high quality solutions are being developed adhering to the industry best practices.
Job Duties
Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
Investigate problem areas and respond promptly and professionally to bug reports
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in coding, policies, and procedures
Perform code reviews for consistency, performance and general best practices
Use extensive experience and creativity to look for business process improvements and eliminating existing process inefficiencies and waste
Assist with definition of product technical requirements, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms
Assist with project and task coordination
Create prototypes to help business stakeholders to visualize software concepts and processes
Ensure adherence to the design choices, including: Platforms, Coding and Technical levels
Provide consultation on complex projects
