Senior Scrum Master - Banking Mobile Software Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Ideally targeting a Scrum Master experienced with large enterprise software development efforts, mobile applications, and banking domain.
Main duties and responsibilities: Responsible for estimation, scrum ceremonies and enables the team to focus on sprint tasks only
Working with PO and the team on planning the roadmap/releases
Reporting status to concerned stakeholders
Requirements: This position is integral to setup and running a new test and learn approach with an existing banking client. This position is best served by a candidate that is on the verge of moving into an Agile Coach function, as it would be most beneficial for the candidate to be savvy with implementing change, client communications (persuasion), digital banking, and grasping this vision and motivating the teams with a passion for success.
