JOB DUTIES:
Work company assigned leads. Generate additional leads and build personal pipeline. Maximize job closure rates. You will not be required to manage projects, however you are expected to deliver supreme customer service from lead to closure and beyond in order to build lasting relationships with your homeowners. Ensure customers get the best possible solutions and results for their home improvement and restoration needs. Represent Cochran Exteriors in a positive manner. You need to have positive results sales experience. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus. You must also be comfortable with a 100% commission based income and self motivated work ethic.
