CE Showroom, Inc. is a growing online consumer electronics retailer based out of Rocklin, CA. We are currently seeking to bring more exceptional talent to our team in order to maintain our track record of excellent customer service and continue to increase our revenue. This position is Full Time and is not ideal for current students, unless graduating this year. The responsibilities of this job are very widespread and include several different areas including but not limited to:
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Developing and improving Data Management System
Using an FTP client for uploading batch files or products
SQL programming for inventory management
XML data packaging for communications between vendors
Scripting in VBA/Python
Using, modifying, and creating proprietary in-house software for uploading new products to our storefronts
Using, modifying, and creating proprietary in-house software for managing inventory
Qualities we look for:
Positive, energetic, confident and good customer relations skills are important when working with customers make us who we are.
Interpersonal skills around the office are needed as we all need to know what is going on and this must be communicated effectively.
Fast typing speed is a must (50 WPM is preferred) as you will be typing much of the day.
Multitasking capabilities such as using multiple monitors and navigating between several tabs from manufacturer's websites, our website, outlook emails, and many more windows simultaneously.
Good computer skills and proficiency in using the entire Microsoft Suite are imperative.
Creative problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think quickly when encountering an obstacle.
Web knowledge (not programming necessarily) on topics such as FTP, HTML, CSS, XML, VBA, and SQL are also a huge plus since this will be a large part of your job.
