Sales Representative/Aviation Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Currently seeking a qualified sales professional for client development and service teams with a 15 year old, privately held, Charlotte, NC based, 100% woman owned, Aviation Staffing Company. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in the Staffing and/or Aviation Industry with 3 years of Staffing Sales experience.
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative: \
Perform on the phone prospecting
Looking through past prospects.
Work in CRM for information
Speak to people who maintain aviation equipment.
Attend a number of trade shows, generally runs from 3-5 days.
Identify decision makers within targeted clients to begin sales process.
Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
Assist in creating request for proposal (RFP) responses to potential clients.
Log activity in company CRM.
Requirements of the Sales Representative:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
Staffing and/or Aviation Industry background.
Trade Show experience.
Minimum 3 years of Staffing Sales experience.
History of developing relationships with prospects.
Enjoys networking and use of the internet and telephone to communicate with individuals that have or will use Aviation Staffing Services.
Must live in or within a reasonable commute of Charlotte, NC.
Ability to travel as needed.
