Key Responsibilities
Promptly greet patients, customers, and visitors with a friendly, professional and courtesy demeanor
Handle all pharmacy customer payment and credit transactions
Maintain the appearance of the pharmacy showroom and work area, ensure area is kept neat and clean
Actively work with products by stocking, replenishing, displaying and merchandising to maximize selling opportunities
Assist Pharmacist with various duties, as needed
Attendance and punctuality are requirements for the role
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in a retail environment, pharmacy / healthcare experience preferred
Proficient computer skills
Comfortable working in retail environment
Strong communication skills
Strong customer service / patient care skills
Ability to stand up to 8 hours per day
