Full Time Children?s & Youth Faith Ministries Director Job Opening in Lincoln, Nebraska - City Impact, a faith based nonprofit ministering to youth and families in the heart of Lincoln, is seeking a Faith Ministries Director to oversee and continue to develop Bible Club (PreK-Grade 5) and Teen Bible Club (Grades 6-12). These programs teach Biblical essentials and empower youth to use their God-given gifts to impact their world. Broad responsibilities include program development; program management; staff, volunteer, student, and family engagement, training, and management; and development of adult volunteer Directional Teams and Work Teams. Specific responsibilities include developing Bible curriculum, gathering program resources, teaching large group time, database management, collecting stories, overseeing worship, building relationships with families, recruiting new students, event planning, developing a yearly strategic plan, program evaluation, running a summer missionary program, and getting students to summer camp. This is a full-time salaried (including healthcare) position which will demand occasional evening and weekend hours.
