We have a great opportunity for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for our Premier Estates of Pierce facility in Pierce, Nebraska. This is a beautiful rural community in the heartland of Nebraska near Norfolk.
This 75-bed skilled nursing facility boasts many beautiful resident rooms, spacious common and dining areas, etc. This facility provides skilled nursing services and a full range of rehabilitative therapies.
The Administrator will enjoy strong regional support as well as a robust home office team with support for policies, procedures, resources, financial management, etc.
Qualifications:
-Must be Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Iowa in good standing.
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or similar role
-Good survey history
-Focused on quality of resident care
-Comprehensive understanding of financial management of a healthcare facility
-Strong census development emphasis
-Effective leader with good employee relations skills
