Regional Sales Manager (Independent Agent) Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - Total Automotive Protection Plans, one of the fastest growing Automotive F&I product suppliers in the South, is searching for a Regional Sales Manager. TAPP offers a full suite of F&I Products to franchised and independent automobile dealerships. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for making contact with, establishing relationships with and negotiating agreements to supply F&I products though automotive ideal candidate will -
Highly motivated and proven success in other sales fields
Have retail experience in an auto dealership (GM, GSM, F&I)
Have ability to successfully negotiate agreements with dealerships
Work independently with a high degree of success
Understand and coach dealership personnel on proper and ethical processes to successful sell VSC, GAP, Ancillary and Other F&I products and services
Have the ability to travel (Road Warrior) to various locations in Middle and West Tennessee

This position is a commission based, independent contractor (1099) opportunity. There is no salary or draw and this position would best be served by an entrepreneur type who is interested in BUILDING A BUSINESS, and long term income, by catering to auto dealerships. Aggressive Pay Plan! The successful candidate will be responsible for a large geographical area. The successful candidate will be someone with an existing and extensive auto dealer contact network.
