One+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate. Someone to assist in the daily leasing support of short term rentals, student housing, Airbnb (250 units on the East Side of Providence and Cranston. Must be able to work weekends. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Direct marketing through all phases including listing, marketing, advertising, and closing.

Must become familiar with the Lease Agreement in order to be able to solve problems and answer questions professionally and timely.

Understands local and federal legal requirements pertaining to the lease packet, evictions, security deposit dispositions and fair housing.

Familiar with Fair Housing Laws.

Assist in daily initiatives. Maintaining current knowledge of marketing and leasing techniques, current rental rates and promotions of competitive properties, company policies and applicable laws
Create, delegate and follow up with work orders. Follow up with completion a MUST. Communicate with manager and maintenance crew.

Help new tenants set up utilities
Have an acute perception of the dimensions of business issues
Can make sense out of complexity and an uncertain future
Are mindful of the implications of a choice for all the affected parties
Are flexible if further change is warranted in the future
