Evolution Wireless(METRO PCS) has immediate openings for a Customer service/Sales Representatives inside of the Providence Place Mall. The customer service/Sales Representatives will be required to provide outstanding customer service, sell and up-sell products, and provide customers support
Responsibilities Include:
- Approach customers in a friendly, helpful and informative manner
- Provide information on Cell Phones
- Sell and up-sell products
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Dedicated, motivated, perseverant approach
- Ability to comfortably provide product information and ultimately close the sale
- Engaging, energetic and dynamic attitude
- Flexibility, especially in schedule
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays
Schedule:
- Candidate must be flexible to accommodate an ever-changing schedule do to mall hours consisting of days, evenings, weekends and some holidays. Overtime may be available.
