Location: Fayetteville, AR
Position Overview:
Phigenics is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide support for all Phigenics? proprietary software platforms, as well as supporting infrastructure and equipment for our employees, clients and prospects. In addition, the Application Support Engineer will work with Regional and Account Managers on customer on-boarding and application issues.

Experience and Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in related field
2+ years of professional IT experience
Experience in developing Web applications using Microsoft Technologies (ASP , MVC)
Experience in Object Oriented Programming - C# or similar
Experience working in relational databases - Microsoft SQL Server or similar
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with AWS, and cloud-based environments.
Experience in or similar JavaScript frameworks
Experience in SOAP & RESTful web services
Contribution to open-source community
