We like to have fun and make a lot of money while doing so!Because of IEL's growth and development, we are building a brand new headquarter building opening in 2017 and looking to bring on hungry Account Managers. We understand every employee has different work experiences and backgrounds, therefore our training program is flexible and based upon the individual needs of each employee. As a Sales Trainee you will:
Participate in an apprentice training program where you will work closely with a Senior Sales Executive to become familiar with the logistics industry, business, and company software.
Build and manage your own portfolio of clients by calling on existing or potential prospects via sales calls.
Develop strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent customer service.
Serve as the direct contact between the client, carrier, shipper and receiver.
Facilitate the successful on-time pick-up and delivery of the client?s goods.
Be readily available to address concerns and provide solutions to customers and carriers for problems that may arise.
