Territory Sales Representative Job Opening in Santa Ana, California - Applicant should have an understanding of special coatings for decorative floors, industrial floor and cold storage applications and specialty warehouse and working floor applications, from preparation and repair to moisture vapor drive and special coating products, non-yellowing, high chemical resistance, etc.
duties: Organize the territory, Southern California and Clark Co. Nevada for specific categories of customers such as, floor coating companies, caulking contractors, concrete restoration and coating professionals, all specifiers and architects are part of the territory as well as all users, applicators of specialty coating products and rapid concrete repair. Target selected industries and work with sales support team (in the office) to develop a comprehensive sales approach. Applicant must be a quick study, travel the state of California to see customers and be a self-starter. Applicant must be familiar with epoxy, urethane and similar materials. Trade shows may be part of the job as well as demonstrations. Applicant should be familiar with polyurea products and/or other coatings used for industrial applications.
Applicant shall be responsible for a large market area requiring good organizational skills, good communication skills - both written and verbal, market understanding and must have the energy to develop the local market. Compensation is straight commission with draw against commission and no limit to the commission that can be made.
