Inside Sales Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - About the Role
EcoSmart is seeking an experienced, talented and motivated Residential Trade Sales Specialist to join and support our growing, vibrant and fast-paced organization. Joining our rapidly expanding sales division, you?ll work with new and existing trade accounts such as architects, designers and contractors to bring EcoSmart Fire, Brown Jordan Fires and e-NRG brands to their customers in the residential sales channel. While no two days will be the same, here are some of the key responsibilities of the position:
Generate new sales-opportunities with existing clients while strengthening relationships by using personal sales skills to the defined, and highly successful, company destination selling process.
Attend trade shows as well as local networking events and company hosted events.
Respond to company-generated web, print sourced and trade show leads by phone, email and general client nurturing.
Stimulate sales interest through available promotions, new products or other company assets provided.
Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat sales across any applicable brands.
Use industry knowledge to bring awareness on how EcoSmart Inc. brands will add value to the respective account?s projects while stimulating long-term, repeat business.
Ability to utilize personal sales experience while staying within management?s formulated best practice follow-up process.
Educate clients by using provided tools of all brands while ensuring brand loyalty and repeat sales.
Average first year income $65k - Average second year $90k + approx. 10% growth year-over-year
About You
You are energetic, personable and people love spending time with you! We?re looking for someone who possesses strong networking and sales skills, the ability to learn and sell a high-end technical product with relevant sales management experience. In addition to being a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, here are a few of the other qualifications for the role:
2+ years prior successful sales leadership experience in Residential Trade sales within high-end / design product market
Active involvement in industry organizations is a plus.
Established understanding of trade and contract markets, sales channels and customer diversities.
BA Degree in business-related field or beyond a plus.
Highly proficient computer skills including but not limited to NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP system (e.g. SAP, SalesForce, etc.), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
