Inventory Analyst Job Opening in Shakopee, Minnesota - Looking to work with a rapidly expanding supply chain industry leader and support one of the world's most well-known off-road vehicle manufacturers?
Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking experienced Inventory Analyst candidates for our Shakopee, Minnesota distribution operation supporting a MAJOR off-road vehicle manufacturer in the Greater Minneapolis area!
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
High school diploma - Associate's degree preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills
Previous clerical and/or inventory data analysis experience preferred
Transportation and/or distribution experience preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and related software programs
Extensive and detailed experience in Excel and inventory systems a MUST
Ability to multi-task
Strong work ethic both in team and self-driven atmospheres
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Processing inventory request and order forms
Data entry, scanning, and imaging of documents
Auditing documents and inventory for accuracy
Monitoring inventory levels and generating reports through Excel and in-house inventory system
Effectively communicating with assembly plant and warehouse personnel
All general office tasks as required
