Sales Professional - Full Time
The average sales professional at this location makes $40,000 - $60,000 per year. Hourly base plus commissions + bonuses.
We are looking for individuals who can communicate with a dynamic sales personality to join our team. Our mission is to improve lives through better sleep while providing not just an acceptable experience, but an exceptional experience.
Provide exceptional customer service
Demonstrate product with knowledge and confidence to close sales
Follow-up with leads to increase conversion as specified by store manager
Work cooperatively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
Comply with all company promotions
Maintain store in presentable manner, consistent with company standards
Work assigned schedule including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
Work as a team member to meet or exceed all personal and store sales goals including specific performance metrics
Analyze personal sales metrics to identify areas of improvement
Complete daily reports and submit to owner
Research competition's product, advertising and sales techniques in the area
Follow company dress code
Complete training path and ongoing training including monthly training meetings
Abide by standards set forth in the ?Code of Conduct?
Read and follow all company policies and procedures
Other job duties as assigned
Skills, Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Mattress or furniture sales experience preferred
Proven verbal presentation skills
Detail oriented and proven organization skills
Ability to learn new computer programs
Other Requirements
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to stand for significant portion of shift
Ability to communicate technical information to customers
Must be a team player and work well with others
