Position Title: Arkansas Technical Rep Level 1
Basic Function/Goal:
To provide a high level of customer service to our clients. Continually strive to increase the level of support to our customers by improving methods and communication with customers and the entire BIS Digital technical services department.
Responsibilities: This position will support multiple BIS Digital products. Provides hardware and software support to our accounts on digital equipment, consisting of telephone/modem support, as well as frequent site visits. Advanced problem diagnosis and detailed documentation of problems is required. Will perform on-site PM?s to customers equipment on a regular basis
Skills: Requirements: Responsible for assisting in installations and training of DCR and analog products.
Performing duties outside normal hours and overnight travel to any BIS Digital territory, and other areas necessary for training will be required on occasion.
Will assist in maintaining in-house network and phone system. Keep accurate backups of data and assist in training other employees on software applications.

Education: CompTia A+ Certified or Technical School Certifications2+ Years experience repairing PC?sExtensive Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000 & Microsoft Windows XPWorking knowledge of PA systems (amplifiers, speaker installation, etc?) preferred but not knowledge of security camera systems preferred but not required. Network cabling and configuration.
Reporting: This position reports to the Director of Technical Services. This position will also function in a team-oriented environment.
Training: Candidate must successfully complete one week of paid training at BIS Digital located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Forty-five (45) days of job shadowing. BIS will pay for travel expenses for Training.
Benefits Snapshot and Compensation Overview
1. Base Salary: $35,000 - $45,000.00 Annually
2. Normal Hours: 8:00AM ? 5:00 PM Central Time

Holidays: It is the policy of the company to observe 10 holidays each year. Employees will be given a day with pay for each holiday observed.
Personal Days: It is the policy of the company to provide all newly hired full-time employees with 1 personal day that calendar year. Each year thereafter, an additional personal day is earned on January 1st (up to 5 days annually).
Vacation: It is the policy of the company to grant annual vacations to all full-time, active employees with pay. Employees will accrue 5/12 of a day paid vacation for every month worked during the 1st year of employment. Beginning in the second year of employment paid vacation is earned at a rate of 10/12 of a day paid vacation for every month worked. Vacation days are not cumulative and normally must be taken in the year in which they are earned.
Health Care: It is the policy of the company to offer each full-time, active employee the opportunity to become a participant in our health care insurance plan. Coverage becomes available on the 1st day of the month following 90 days of employment. Employees may choose to add coverage for an eligible spouse or dependent at their own expense. Co-pays and/or deductible amounts due are the responsibility of the employee. With the new Healthcare law ? subject to change based on the requirements of the law and requirements of the small business.
Our current health care insurance carrier covers hospitalization, major medical, and doctor?s visits. Well care (preventative care) is currently covered by our policy at 100 %.
401k PlanUpon completion of 90 days of service full-time, active employees become eligible for participation in our 401k Plan. The company may make a contribution of up to 3% of your gross income into your plan annually.
