LPN Job Description:
Monitor patient health
Administer routine health care activities
Maintain and document patient records
Communicate the status of patients with doctors and other nurses
Provide patients with medication as prescribed by a doctor
Monitor vital signs
Assess patient reactions to medication and treatment
LPN Requirements:
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program
Possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Arkansas
Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
