Customer Service Sales Representative

As a full-time representative you?ll be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning. This position is also the perfect entrance into all other aspects of our business.
Our customer service sales representatives provide solutions for our customers? needs through managing their accounts and educating them on the best products and services available. Reps get trained in reporting, tracking meetings, up-selling, products and compliance. Customer Service Reps must be comfortable and confident conducting meetings and presentations to account holders. Customer Service Sales Reps must be solution oriented, and always keep the interest of our customers in mind. Must possess people skills!
Primary job responsibilities include:
Development and coordination of marketing strategies with our team
Promotion of clients products and services to prospective and existing clients
Delivery of interactive sales presentations
Participation in ongoing training meetings on a weekly basis
Qualifications :
Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Desire to mentor other colleagues after refining your skill set
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
BA/BS preferred
Ability to work full time Monday ? Friday
Take and pass a background check and drug test
Have reliable transportation to the office
Salary and Benefits:
$25,000 - $35,000 base salary
Constant performance-based bonus opportunities with potential to earn an additional $10,000-$15,000 annually
