Sales Integration Manager Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Job Description:
Works under the guidance and direction of Director of Sales;
Travels to Client?s physical location to provide optimal one on one training;
Manage and execute proper implementation for new clients to AllianceMed, LLC, which includes but not limited to:
o Educate and train new clients on AllianceMed, LLC model
o Collect required documents from Clients;
o Serves as a subject matter expert on AllianceMed, LLC model;
Serves as a liaison between AllianceMed, LLC departments and new clients to ensure proper line of communication is consistent and clear between all parties;
o Coordinates closely with Sales, Legal, and Billing Department when necessary;
o Coordinates closely with Account Management Department in order to meet account performance objectives and clients? expectations;
Closely coordinates with Director of Sales and company executives involvement with client management
Proactively assess challenges that may occur during implementation phase and provides solutions that will build on the clients? and AllianceMed, LLC business relationship;
Maintains high client satisfaction and retention through excellent customer services.
Knowledge & Skills:
At least 3 years of Project Management and Account Management;
Has experience and knowledge in training and program implementation;
Able to work effectively independently and within a team environment;
Excellent organization skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Must be able to work nights and weekends;
Qualifications and Requirements:
Four year college degree from an accredited institution;
This position requires extensive travel;
All prospective employees must pass a background check
Salary: $40,000.00 /year
