SUMMARY: The position of Cashier is accountable for balancing and finalizing the daily delivery routes, both money and invoice paperwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
v Receiving and verifying money collected on routes by drivers.
v Balancing, reconciling and closing daily delivery routes.
v Scanning checks through banking related software.
v Reconciling End-Of-Day to Trial Balance Reporting.
v Preparing nightly bank deposits.
v Maintaining supplies and re-ordering when necessary.
v Keeping the cashier area and the machines clean and operable.
v Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Manager, or Senior Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. One (1) year related experience and knowledge of Accounting Principles.
2. Computer literate; ability to operate Windows operating system computer.
3. Ability to operate 10-key calculator.
4. Cash Handling Experience Preferred.
