Right now we are representing a great company here in Phoenix looking for their next Property Accountant. In this role you will report directly to the Controller of a growing team and be a vital piece to the accounting team. Responsibilities Include:
Create, review and post entries to the general ledger.
Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
Maintain and import management fee schedules.
Produce various accounting reports.
Prepare tax reports.
Apply generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial information
Compile and produce full financial packages for entities.
CAM Reconciliations
Skills/ Requirements
2+ years of Accounting Experience preferred
Yardi, Jenark, or MRI Software experience preferred
Excellent computer skills ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
