Sales Representative / Account Executive - Remote Job Opening in Snohomish, Washington - Eltec, a leading-edge elevator service provider is searching for a Sales Representative / Account Executive. This Outside Sales Representative will be focused on successfully bidding and securing service, repair and modernization of contracts, and developing and maintaining strong relations with new and existing customers. The ideal Account Manager will have a mechanical aptitude, and be self-motivated with a professional track record of closing sales and building relationships. This position will be primarily in Snohomish County. You are able to work REMOTE.
Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive
Network, generate leads & prospects, build relationships and create business opportunities for elevator service, repair and modernization needs.
Maintain a market awareness of planned projects and bidding strategies.
Work in coordination with property managers, owners, general contractors, and architects in the pre-bidding of jobs.
Create quoting and bidding packages that includes reviewing specs and labor with the operations department for completeness and accuracy and ensuring that jobs will be profitable.
Understand the complete range of service offerings and the in order to develop a sales strategy that meets the needs of the customers.
Negotiate contract terms and follow up on all proposals.
Requirements of the Outside Sales Representative / Account Executive
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of successful sales experience.
Mechanical aptitude and technical sales background preferred.
Experience managing all aspects of a RFP/RFQ bid opportunity is a plus.
Prior experience working with property management companies is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
