Basic**
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred**
At least 4+ years of experience in Requirements Gathering and creating requirement specifications.
At least 3 years of experience with Healthcare Payer and Provider Industry Expertise
At least 3 years of experience in Health Care Domain preferably in Informatics/Data Warehousing along with hands on experience of SQL.
At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
At least 2 year of experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum
Good Analytical and Communication skills
Good Planning and Co-ordination skills
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
Experience in RRC/RTC would be an added advantage
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
