Operations Manager Job Opening in Brockton, Massachusetts - About the position
The Operations Manager is a newly created role, reporting directly to both the Operations Director and President/Owner. Primary areas of oversight will be Kennel and PLAYtrain Operations including but not limited to employee training, staff supervision, monitoring existing processes, creating new strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, etc. We seek a business minded individual who will help us achieve our day-to-day goals and and our long term objectives.
Qualifications
Management experience in Kennel Operations, Veterinary Operations or related field
Natural leadership ability
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong time management skills and work ethic
