Senior Analyst/Manager ? Quality Programs Job Opening in Lowell, Massachusetts - Persivia is a thriving company which is showing explosive growth by doubling their client base every year. This position is responsible for providing deep regulatory expertise to project teams in support of developing and maintaining measures for national quality initiatives. This position will assist in serving as liaison between the product team and the application development team for purposes of ensuring accurate implementation of the measures. In addition, interprets federal regulations to support clients in achieving compliance with CMS and TJC. We offer an excellent compensation package for this position.
Job Responsibilities
Develop detailed specifications based on the IQR/OQR and EHR incentive program as well as the QPP
Understand and clarify complex measure specifications for the benefit of the development team
Read, interpret and apply Federal Regulations as they apply to the quality programs such as the IPPS, PFS and other related regulations (MSSP, OPPS, MACRA)
Assists with the preparation of training materials and conducts training as needed.
Serves as an expert for internal teams and external customers utilizing regulatory knowledge and expertise to research and resolve issues in a timely manner
Helps summarizes legislative rules which impact program outcomes when applicable.
Advises Persivia QPP Registry and Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) on measure content and analytical issues as it pertains to the national quality initiative
Participates in reviews of health care data technical specifications (i.e., QRDA, HL7, etc) for compliance from a clinical and regulatory perspective.

Job Qualifications Required
3-5 years of Federal Regulation analysis experience.
Experience in reading and interpreting Federal Regulations such as the IPPS and OPPS rules, PFS, MACRA and the MSSP rule.
Ability to analyze and document healthcare quality measures
Effective organizational skills
Attention to detail, and timely responses to internal and external inquiries
Ability and willingness to learn and follow processes
Ability to work as a member of an integrated team
Excellent problem-solving skills including providing solutions and/or options to potential issues
Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals or governmental regulations
Experience with review of quality measures (claims, registry and GPRO web interface) within the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS)
Understanding of MACRA, Quality Payment Program (QPP) and Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)
Educational Requirements
B.S. degree in Public Health, Health Sciences or Clinical domains
