The position will report in to a Finance Manager, who reports to the Division Controller/VP of Finance. You will begin with 3 direct reports, 2 analysts and a cycle counter, and will focus on the standard cost and lean projects. While reporting to the Finance Manager you will be the business partner of the Plant Manager. You will need to be process orientated and a working manager. This division of the company is a high volume, discreet manufacturer and uses JD Edwards.
