Core Duties and Responsibilities
Technical design, development implementation, and documentation within client and server components of the HealthMyne QIDS software platform.
Communication with product management and other team members to fully understand clinical workflow and requirements necessary to critically review designs produced by product management and provide input into these designs.
Overall communicating and collaborating with internal team to achieve quality within the overall FDA-compliant Product Development process ? Key touch points for collaboration are Product Management, QA, Documentation, and Regulatory: HealthMyne has a highly collaborative process and team
Making estimates and reporting progress on work items in the development schedule
Following internal Quality Systems processes - including management of JIRA tasks and issues, participation in meetings, creation of technical specifications, review and sign off on required documentation
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Java and C++ (or at least C) and ability to write production code compliant with the Product Development Process
3 + years experience in commercial software development
Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with version control systems (Git, Mercurial, SVN, etc.)
Database experience
Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a tight-knit development team
Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Additional Qualifications (not mandatory)
UI Usability experience - familiar with Bootstrap and Angular
Experience with MongoDB and/or MySQL
Experience with general UI/UX design
Experience with Visual Studio IDE and/or XCode
Knowledge of Windows UI , including, but not limited to, WTL, ATL, MFC
Experience with software debugging and optimization in the C++ language especially with the Visual Studio development environment on Windows
Previous experience in agile development environment
OpenGL, or other 2D and 3D graphic display
Comfort in clinical space with clinical terminology, Experience in imaging and DICOM standards
Experience working in a regulated medical device environment
