Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Read computer files or gathers records such as purchase orders, sales tickets, to compile needed data.
Enters information into computer or computes amount due
Prepares invoices, amounts due, credit terms, and dates of shipment
Prepares bills of lading and shipping labels
Prepares credit memos
Post transactions to accounting records
Researches problems with paperwork prior to invoicing each customer
Others duties as assigned
