Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Job Opening in Canton, Massachusetts - A rapidly growing lighting manufacturing company in Canton, MA has an immediate opening for a motivated person for a position in inside sales / customer service to support existing sales territories and develop new ones.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with existing and newly signed up customers via phone and email
Proactively develop new business opportunities
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate with customers via phone calls and emails to ensure that orders were taken correctly, fulfilled, delivered and paid for.
Resolve customer and applicant inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Assist in the management of all day-to-day activities
Perform other necessary functions as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
College degree is preferred or related experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fast-learner, results-oriented, curious person who wants to grow and develop with our company
Must possess a positive attitude
Must possess attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
