Sales and Receptionist position Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Administrative and Inside Sales Position
Responsibilities
Customer Service - Greet and help customer; Answer questions and take down information, Communicate information effectively to the team
Answer Phones and Call Customers to verify information and to Schedule Appointments
Office Work - Assist in preparing bids and proposals
Make Folders for new customers
Data Entry
Managing and ordering office supplies
Managing overall office organization and appearance
General Office functions such as faxing, copying, and filing, scanning, emailing and printing
Ordering materials and office supplies as needed
Other duties as needed
General Requirements:
Strong communication skills required. Must be able to communicate with coworkers and customers
Candidate must have strong writing/listening skills and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to speak excellent English
Good Attitude. Must be patient and calm under pressure
Must be able to have a sense of humor and be a Team Player who is able to follow instructions and able to work well with everybody
Strong Computer Skills required
Candidate must be fluent in Microsoft Office, primarily MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Must be punctual and dependable with strong work ethic
Must be able to work without constant supervision
Responsible and Reliable
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be able to multitask and work quickly to meet deadlines
Excellent Attendance
