CoreFund Capital is a rapidly growing, invoice factoring company specializing in freight bill factoring for small to mid-size trucking companies. All available positions are in our corporate office in Weatherford.
Freight bill auditor/data entry is responsible for auditing client's freight bills, determining if complete paperwork is received, reviewing for damages, shortages, possible claim issues and quality of images for billing. Will contact debtors to verify necessary paperwork for payment, verifying clean delivery and confirming rates.
Accurate data entry of invoice and freight bill information and image assignment.
This is a fast paced, deadline driven position . Must be able to adapt daily to work flow while maintaining accuracy. Should posses problem solving skills, a positive attitude, be reliable and punctual.
Prior experience in transportation billing or invoice auditing a plus.
$10-$12.00/hr based on experience.
Located in Weatherford off I-20.
