Position Summary
The Sales Administrative Associate is primarily responsible for supporting the maintenance and growth of Immedion?s customer base by performing daily marketing related duties, administrative functions, and overall office management. The Sales Administrative Associate provides support to all Immedion corporate teams (operations, sales, finance & administration) with primary duties executed in support of the Sales/Marketing teams and the local office staff.
Primary Responsibilities
Proactive contact with Immedion customers to assure customer satisfaction
Assist the outside sales team in the preparation of proposals and quotations
Coordination of on/offsite customer and prospect visits, networking, and event management
Research markets for new sales opportunities
Timely updating of Immedion?s CRM database with contact, opportunities information and call reports
Monitoring customer accounts, providing data and reports to help the sales team
Administrative responsibilities include:
Call management: Responds and prioritizes main phone line, screen and direct calls.
Establishes, develops, maintains and updates electronic and physical filing systems
Manages general office supplies and equipment
Assists with scheduling activities such as meetings and travel accommodations
Assist with internal department communications and organizing events
Coordinates the maintenance and use of company vehicles for the local office
Upkeeps general company-related correspondence and documentation
Short-term project management of both nonrecurring and ongoing projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor?s degree minimum
Related Work Experience: Minimum two years; some industry experience in IT or related technologies preferred
Other: Strong listening, oral, written, PC skills
