Sales Consultant Job Opening in Redmond, Washington - M M Comfort Systems has a tradition of customer satisfaction spanning 40+ years. Located in Redmond Washington and serving the greater Puget Sound area. We hire only the best so we can deliver the best. We serve the light commercial and residential markets and have experienced 15+% annual growth over the last 6 years. Currently looking for a highly motivated Add-On Replacement (AOR) Comfort Consultant.
The Comfort Consultant will work in the greater Seattle area delivering in-home proposals to customers seeking new heating or cooling equipment. Sales consist of: adding to or replacing existing furnaces, air-conditioners, heat pumps or boilers. The expectation for Comfort Consultants are: meet with potential clients in their homes, access customer?s personal needs via questionnaire, measure thermal envelope of the home and perform Manual J heat loss/gain calculation to determine proper capacity for equipment selections. Propose defined scope of work based on customer needs. Close on site when possible or follow up throughout sales cycle and document in CRM tool.
This is a commission only position that also includes full medical coverage for the employee, 401K with match and company vehicle. 150k annual income potential. A minimum of 2 years in-home HVAC sales are required or 5 years in-home sales of non HVAC products. Candidates need to have great customer service skills, basic HVAC knowledge and be well versed in MS word and excel programs. Having used a CRM software program such as Sales Force will be helpful and is required of all Comfort Consultants.
