Field Sales Managers Job Opening in Plano, Texas - Safon Autobody & Glass is looking for managers to manage sales teams of 5-10 people. You will aid in creating an unforgettable experience for people who had their vehicles damaged during the past hail storms.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and lead generation for new prospects.
Meeting with vehicle owners to educate them on the claims process.
Inspecting hail damaged vehicles and completing paperwork.
Reserving rental cars and schedule vehicles for drop off at the shop.
The most common objections are:
1 - People don't have $500-$1000 lying around to spend on a dinged up car.
2. Rental Car - People don't have $600-$700 to spend on a rental car.
3. Insurance Premiums - People are afraid of their insurance premiums going up.
4. Time - Most people "don't have time to mess with it" or cant afford for their car to be in the shop for a month and a half.
Our Solution :
We waive the deductible . That's right, we pay the deductible up to $1,000.
We provide a rental. Right again, we provide a free rental from Enterprise at no cost.
Premiums do not go up because it's considered an Act of God and not an at fault.
Quick Turn around . Cars are typically repaired and delivered in a week or less.
Pay:
We pay 15% of a ticket. The average ticket is $5000. You will make 15% of that minus any replaced parts.

18 Yrs. old/ valid DL
Experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidates
