What we are looking for
BS/BA degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering
3+ years of software development experience
A generalist, versatile full stack developer with deep back-end and front-end knowledge.
Proficiency in at least one dynamic programming language (Python, Ruby, Perl), HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
Deep understanding of commonly used data structures and algorithms
Comfortable in a modern software engineering environment using the latest technologies and tools
Fearless about learning new technologies and technical approaches to application development
Additional Skills (bonus points)
HTML/CSS/Javascript experience
Web Framework experience (Rails, Flask, etc)
Experience with caching (memcached, redis, etc)
Experience with RESTful back end APIs
Personal Projects or Open Source work
