BHPI is looking for an executive level business operations leader in the role of CBO to join our team. The selected individual will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership team and lead BHPI?s business operations and help drive business development and strategic planning efforts. The position reports to the CEO.
The CBO provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external.
Assume full management responsibility of the company?s finance management efforts.
Oversee the operations of the company and the work of its directors in the areas of Finance, Quality Assurance, Member Services, Provider Relations, Community Engagement and any other operational area as appropriate.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems and processes designed to further the growth objectives of the organization.
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Requirements:
At least 10 years of healthcare industry experience.
Demonstrated experience in financial planning, management and analysis.
Previous experience in the role of CFO/COO preferred
MBA or equivalent education and experience required
Skilled in developing, implementing and communicating policies and procedures for diverse functional areas, implementing fiscal management policies, analyzing data, making sound recommendations and adopting effective causes of action.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal relations skills
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of metrics
Experience working persuasively and tactfully with supervisors and line staff; supervision of specialized professional staff; communicating effectively both in oral and written form.
