Clinical Support Representative Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - A-line Staffing Solutions is working with a Fortune 500 healthcare company in Phoenix, AZ who are in need of several experienced Clinical Support Reps to become a part of our team for a Temp to Permanent, full-time opportunity.** Pay: $13 to $15 per hour - Hours: Monday to Friday; 8 hour shift between 6AM and 6PM**

As a Clinical Support Representative, you will handle a high volume of complex clinical based inbound calls from physicians and healthcare providers in support of our Prior Authorization Department.
Responsibilities:
Handle in-bound calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process.
Effectively manage work volume by handling inbound calls/fax requests utilizing appropriate courteous and professional behavior based upon established standards.
Comply with departmental, company, state, and federal requirements when processing all information to ensure accuracy of information being provided to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
