SALARY: $46,425-$52,166 + additional crisis service monies + incentives

Therapist?s main purpose is to provide psychotherapy, clinical liaison duties, case management and related behavioral health activities to populations with behavioral health disorders. The counselor is expected to cooperate as a team member in the provision of a therapeutic environment that encourages each client?s emotional growth. This position with be expected to maintain an acceptable level of productivity as measured by billable hours.
PRINCIPLE :
Provides counseling, psychotherapy, case management, and related behavioral health services to populations of all ages, using individual, family, and group methods.
Completes assessments and treatment plans.
Oversees the client?s progress toward goals and objectives.
Maintains, monitors, and modifies services to designated clients.
Communicates with and coordinates care with the client?s family, guardian, other behavioral healthcare providers, physical healthcare providers, education providers, social service providers, judicial providers, etc.
Oversees the delivery of services by case managers, case manager assistants, and community support staff assigned as treatment team members.
Qualifications And Experience
Required:
Master?s Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, or Therapy
Class A or B Fingerprint Clearance from Arizona. (LCBHC can assist with the application for this clearance.)
Preferred:
Prior experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
Arizona License: LASAC, LISAC
Current valid Driver?s License and proof of auto insurance.
CPR and First Aid certification. (If hired, LCBHC can assist with obtaining these trainings.)
Little Colorado Behavioral Health Centers. Located in Southern Apache County (Arizona). Two office locations: Springerville, AZ (85938) and St. Johns, AZ (85936). This position requires work in both offices each week.
