Retail Associate Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - A Federal Government Agency needs Part-time Retail Sales Associate in Phoenix, AZ with and for the Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) in the Veterans Healthcare System, providing quality service to our nation's veterans.
The incumbent of this position works under the general supervision of the Canteen Chief or his/her designee. Incumbent actively assists customers in the selection of merchandise in a sale area where specialized merchandise knowledge is not required. Sells merchandise directly to customers, requiring the operation of a cash register, and the maintenance of a change fund. Performs other related duties such as merchandise control, merchandise replenishment, display, housekeeping, and record keeping.
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience preferred Ability to work evenings and weekends
