Accounts Receivable Agent Job Opening in los angeles, California - Accounts Receivable Agent Elite Lighting Corp. is a premier lighting manufacturer in the lighting industry and is seeking an experienced, aggressive Accounts Receivable/ Collections Representative to join our fast growing company and enjoy a challenging work environment and opportunities for career development. Responsibility includes, but not limited to: � Generate Sales Reps Commission Reports � Manage Accounts Receivable Aging � Close out and email/ send out invoices daily to customers � Enter deposits daily and apply them to invoices. � Manage and follow through on payment discrepancies � Resolve disputes with customers and credit card merchants accordingly � Process returns, credit memos and refunds where appropriate � Investigate errors, mis-shipments, billing discrepancies, etc. � Ensure department is organized and documents are filed properly. Qualifications: � 4-years Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance required � High volume credit card processing and UPS COD collection experience � 5 years experience in � Understanding of the Returned Goods Authorization process � Detail oriented and proven track record of meeting deadlines � Ability to work directly with other departments. � Excellent written and verbal communication skills � Experience with Mass 90 a HUGE PLUS � Must have full working knowledge of MS Word and Excel Compensation:
