Inbound Sales Communicator Job Opening in Lewiston, Maine - Under general direction from the Director of Customer Engagement, the Inbound Sales Communicator is responsible for answering inbound sales calls and reaching performance metrics by campaign.
Essential Job Functions
Working within call volume peaks on a flexible schedule to assist with the business needs.
Manage personal sales performance goals in key areas such as Talk Time, RPH, RPC and Revenue.
Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Provide clear and objective feedback of job and sales performance to supervisory staff on a regular basis.
Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
Support directives from Argo Contact Center's leadership.
Attend one-on-one coaching and mentoring to improve performance.
Build effective working relationships with Argo Contact Center's management team to share knowledge and best practices for the sales department.
Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Perform other related duties as required.

Interpersonal savvy, problem-solving, multi-tasking, attention to detail.
Experience and a thorough understanding of the sales process with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to customers.
Must be proficient with a computer and have the the ability to multitask with flexibility and prioritization.
One year of sales call center experience preferred.
Average pay after 3 months $14 - $22 per hour!
