Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Andalusia, Alabama - Applicant must be an experienced bookkeeper or accountant with at least 3 years of current experience (not a receptionist)
Must have of Excel (Microsoft Office)
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must have knowledge of payroll (rules, regulations, and basic knowledge of how to process)
Would be very helpful if applicant is familiar with all kinds of insurance
Must be able to work full time, M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
We are looking for an educated individual to join a very busy construction company. Duties will range from answering phones and running errands to processing payroll, keeping up with inventory, purchasing tools and supplies, and more!
