Inside Sales / Account Rep. Job Opening in State College, Pennsylvania - This position handles all aspects of the call center environment for School Annual, including both sales and customer service. Primary responsibility is the development and growth of an assigned yearbook territory as well as support within the organizational growth. Through direct marketing via mail, telephone calls, website inquiries, response cards, etc., the representative is responsible for increasing sales in both their specific territory and for the team as a whole within the goals and guidelines set by management for accountability. External communications will include, but will not necessarily be limited to public and private school teachers, administrators, parent/student organizations, photographers, territory representatives, and private individuals.
Key accountabilities:
Execution and achievement of sales goals.
Providing customer service; management of existing accounts.
Renewing existing customer base.
Oracle database and order maintenance on customer accounts.
Proactively communicate with production regarding customer accounts.
Minimum education required is a high school diploma or GED.
Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position. An associate?s or college degree is preferred.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office; expertise in excel a plus.
Knowledge or experience with a CRM software package, or customer database software is preferred.
Knowledge of basic accounting functions is necessary.
Attention to detail.
Contributing team member * Ability to deal with confidential information
Good communicator with pleasant telephone voice. Telephony sales and or service experience a plus.
Proven sales experience is required; inside sales experience preferred
